Stirling View - vision with value

A new style of leadership development is now being offered by Stirling View.

Where is your focus - Turnover Rate or Retention Rate?  The answer to that question says a lot about how you approach your most valuable asset - the human component of your business.  Focusing on turnover rates means watching the steady stream of potentially good workers walk out the door - with few qualified replacements available to take their place.  Focusing on retention indicates that you are demonstrating an interest in developing each of the members of your team and are helping each worker to be their best - which happens to also be what's best for your organization.

Taking care of your associates is the key to success!

When it comes to becoming a great leader, you must know that the key to success is understanding:

1. What motivates associates to work their very best for you

2. and then doing what it takes to achieve this goal.

Heart-Centered Leadership is an invitation to lead from the inside out.  Through this program participants will learn to understand themselves, work more effectively with their teams, and transform from being simply managers to becoming heart-centered leaders.

Stirling View offers a Certified Facilitator to present the Heart-Centered Leadership program through Keynote Addresses in a 45-minute and 90-minute format.  Half-Day and Full-Day Workshops provide the opportunity for more in-depth group development.

Presentations review the Seven Principles and Virtures of Heart Centered Leadership.  This transformational program will deliver positive business results for your organization.

Introduction

Meet the Founder / Facilitator

John Alexander is a Certified Facilitator of the Heart Centered Leadership Program.  He describes his role as a "tour guide on the journey of self-discovery".

John is a descendant of Sir William Alexander, the 1st Earl of Stirling - as in Stirling Castle in Scotland.  In the early 1600's, Sir William was a tutor to the King's son and a prolific writer.  John visited the area in 2006 and was inspired by the the countryside and felt very much "at home".  This project is a tribute to all the teachers and trainers who have proceeded him and shared their passion for learing with others over time.

The photo to the left is taken from Stirling Castle with a view of the Stirling Bridge and the William Wallace Monument.  If you look hard enough, you can see your future from the safety of your castle.
